Delete your Sudinam account

You may request deletion at any time. Send the request from the email address associated with your Sudinam account so ownership can be verified.

What to include

• The email address used to sign in to Sudinam.
• A clear statement that you want the Sudinam account and associated cloud data deleted.
• Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, or birth-profile details.

What will be deleted

The Firebase Authentication account and Sudinam cloud-backup records associated with the verified account will be deleted. Data stored only on a device can be removed by clearing Sudinam's app data or uninstalling the app.

Verification and timing

We may reply with a minimal verification step to protect the account from unauthorized deletion. Valid requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email.

What may be retained

Limited security logs, aggregated or de-identified records, and information required for fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate security needs. Such information is not retained to continue providing the deleted account.

Deleting the app does not by itself delete an online account. Use the request link above to delete the account and associated cloud data.
